Kristi Noem’s husband has allegedly been accused of leading a “secret life” after online photos surfaced suggesting he had a particular fetish.
Kristi Noem, the former Secretary of Homeland Security who was fired from the role earlier this month, has been married to Bryon Noem for more than 30 years. The couple married in 1992, and the accusations have reportedly left her “blindsided.”
A Daily Mail report claims to show photos of Bryon wearing large fake breasts, lipstick, and pink hot pants while posing for pictures. The outlet also says it obtained hundreds of messages from three women involved in what is known as the “bimbofication” scene.
According to explanations of “bimbofication,” it is a kink or fetish involving role‑playing and transforming oneself into a stereotypical “bimbo” persona.
One woman who spoke to the Daily Mail claimed Bryon had a specific preference for “3000cc‑plus boobs.” She alleged, “His kink is for huge, huge ridiculous boobs.” The 56‑year‑old is said to have spent as much as $25,000 online in exchange for photos and allegedly sent “bimbofied” images of himself in return.
He reportedly interacted with people in the community under the screen name “Jason Jackson.”
A spokesperson for Noem, who shares three children with Bryon, addressed the situation, saying the former Homeland Security secretary is “devastated.”
“The family was blindsided by this. They ask for privacy and prayers at this time,” the spokesperson said. President Donald Trump also commented on the reports, saying he “feels badly” for the Noem family as the story gains attention.
“They confirmed it? Wow, well, I feel badly for the family if that’s the case, that’s too bad,” Trump said. He added, “I haven’t seen anything. I don’t know anything about it. That’s too bad, but I just know nothing about it.”
According to the report, Bryon’s first alleged encounter occurred while Noem was still leading the DHS — something experts say could have posed a serious security risk.
Former CIA officer Marc Polymeropoulos told the outlet, “If a media organization can find this out, you can assume with a high degree of confidence that a hostile intelligence service knows this as well.” He added that such situations can become leverage points, calling it “espionage 101.”
After being dismissed from the Department of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem now serves as the Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas, a multinational military coalition established by Trump.
