During the April 4 episode, the show took aim at the controversy in a Weekend Update segment, and many viewers felt it missed the mark. Comedian Sarah Sherman appeared as Bryon Noem, wearing tight pink biker shorts and exaggerated fake breasts, playing into reports about his alleged ties to “bimbofication” fetish communities.
Speaking to Michael Che, she joked, “My eyes are up here, my n*pples are out here,” then added, “I dare you to kink shame me on national TV.”
The sketch was based on a Daily Mail investigation claiming Bryon had been active in online forums, posted photos of himself in women’s clothing, and talked about wanting “huge, huge ridiculous b*obs.” He was also reportedly spending thousands interacting with models in that space.
Kristi Noem wasn’t left out either. Another cast member played her holding a rifle — referencing that past dog controversy — and joked, “Did someone say puppies?”

Reports also claimed Bryon used a pseudonym online and had conversations acknowledging rumors about Kristi’s alleged relationship with Corey Lewandowski, though those claims have been denied.
After everything surfaced, a spokesperson told the New York Post that Kristi was “devastated,” saying the family was “blindsided” and asking for privacy.
Once the skit aired, people online were quick to react — and many weren’t impressed.
One person posted on X, “WOW, SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE FINALLY HIT THE BOTTOM, VERY SAD TIME.”
Another wrote, “The Left is all about LGBTQ+ and tolerance so cosplay should be okay, no? Liberal views and their total hypocrisy day after day is disgusting. I was a huge SNL fan my whole life and am so disappointed in the last few years and no longer watch.”
Someone else added, “I thought the left said you aren’t supposed to make fun of people’s ‘true selves.’”
Others called it hypocritical, saying, “Hmm, something about this seems very hypocritical, can’t quite put my finger on it……..”
And another person wrote, “Never made fun of ‘Rachel’ Levine or all the other troons during the Biden/Obama era. So brave.”
